We particularly help entrepreneurs with the structuring of distribution systems, contract design and judicial disputes. We advise commercial agents on contract design and judicial proceedings.
Our key area of expertise covers contract design, conduct of negotiations and judicial disputes, including disputes involving claims to compensation in accordance with § 89b of the German Commercial Code (HGB). We cover all relevant areas, including insurance agent, European and labor law (pseudo self-employment) as well as competition and sales cartel law.
Numerous members of our team are active members of associations of sales agents and entrepreneurs. Based on their special area of expertise, some of them serve as legal counsel to these associations.
