Dr. Bettina Schmitt-Rady has worked in property-related commercial law/public law since 1998. Until 2005 she was a junior partner at the Frankfurt office of the international law firm Linklators Oppenhoff & Rädler and from 2006 until the end of 2009 she was a partner at the real estate and construction law boutique Heiermann Franke Knipp. She advises German and foreign investors, project developers, asset managers, funds and companies from the industry and service sectors, banks and the public sector on the sale and purchase of real estate and real estate portfolios and on commercial leases. In addition she advises on construction management and planning permission procedures, including high-rise building projects, and other issues involving public law, often environmental law and the law on inherited contamination.
At Graf von Westphalen Dr. Bettina Schmitt-Rady will strengthen the Frankfurt Real Estate Team around the partners David Wende and Thomas Schroiff, thus giving the Team a particular capability in public law. The Firm's Real Estate and Construction practice group therefore now has 32 partners and lawyers.
