CornerstoneCapital Beteiligungen GmbH and Peter Bechtel have sold their combined shares in ISOLITE Holding GmbH, Ludwigshafen, to Equita GmbH & Co. Holding KGaA and the management. The ISOLITE Group is a leading provider of high-temperature insulation systems for the automotive industry, large-size engine manufacturing, the aviation and aerospace industry and jet engine manufacturing. The Group generated consolidated sales of about € 24 million with 140 employees in 2009. The international business operations are managed from the company's two Ludwigshafen sites.
