CEAC Arbitration Pre-Moot Court

Bird & Bird, Clifford Chance and Graf von Westphalen are happy to invite you to the CEAC Arbitration Pre-Moot in Düsseldorf to take place on 26 and 27 February 2013.
 
As you are aware of, the 2012/2013 Vis Moot Problem is based on the Arbitration Rules of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre (CEAC). Bird & Bird, Clifford Chance and Graf von Westphalen are three law firms involved in the founding association (Chinese European Legal Association) of this young arbitration institution with lawyers involved in the management of the arbitration institution (CEAC Secretary General Dr. Christine Heeg) and of the association (CELA President Thomas Weimann and CELA Vice President Dr. Dominik Ziegenhahn). These three and other colleagues from the litigation and arbitration teams of the three firms as well as other members of CEAC Management will practice with your team for the upcoming moot competitions in Vienna and Hong Kong and are happy to give you some insights in “CEAC Arbitration in Practice”.
 
Besides that, we will look at “Arbitration – somewhat Different” in a speech of Prof. Dr. Martin Schimke, Bird & Bird, on “CAS Arbitration at the Olympics” in the beginning of an evening with opportunities for more personal discussions and networking on 26 February.
 
You and your moot court team are invited to join us for the CEAC Pre-Moot in Düsseldorf with lots of opportunities to practice for the Vis Moot, meet the arbitrators, get an insight in CEAC and get to know the three law firms and practitioners from Bird & Bird, Clifford Chance and Graf von Westphalen.
