GvW Graf von Westphalen advises on the sale of a hotel portfolio to Whitbread/Premier Inn

 

Premier Inn has secured a further portfolio in Germany: The hotel chain’s British parent company, Whitbread, a well-respected company listed on the London stock exchange, acquired three hotels with a total of 482 rooms from a private owner.

The portfolio consists of two existing hotels in Munich and Nuremberg which are currently operated under the brand acomhotels as well as a development project in Stuttgart.

The three new hotels will be operated under the Premier Inn brand following their completion/ remodeling, which are planned for the beginning of 2020. Confidentiality was agreed with regard to the purchase price.
