Prof. Dr. Christian Winterhoff's clients include constitutional bodies and authorities of various federal states as well as municipalities and private companies, which he advises and represents in matters of constitutional law, municipal constitutional law and public commercial law. Prof. Winterhoff prepares legal opinions, participates in legislative projects, accompanies privatisation and other projects, and represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings up to and including the state and federal constitutional courts.
