Workshop Legal & Tax – German Chamber of Commerce Shanghai

In the past few years China lawmakers announced important decisions, drafted and amended fundamental laws and regulations governing and aiming to modernize foreign investment and foreign-invested companies in China.

This event aims at providing you an update on the current state of China's regime from a legal perspective. The overview of the situation will be depicted by practical experience in particular in Shanghai.
