JUVE publishers recognizes GvW Graf von Westphalen's "culture in the firm characterized by cooperation among practice areas and offices"

This is what the JUVE publishing house writes in its Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2018/2019 about the development of the law firm GvW Graf von Westphalen, and JUVE praises the "culture in the firm characterized by cooperation among practice groups and offices".  

"The well thought out growth in personnel and the push for cooperation has helped GvW get further recognition in the market", according to the view of the independent editorial board. "The fact that the law firm is able to handle large matters with teams in the firm from different practice groups and offices has been repeatedly proven, in the meantime."

In addition to the "lighthouse practice groups" of foreign trade as well as real estate and construction law, the JUVE editorial board also has an excellent opinion about the development in numerous other practice groups in the firm.  The GvW teams in employment law and in the areas of distribution systems as well as insolvency and recovery consulting have been recommended for the first time in the national rankings.  This includes a total of 27 personal recommendations in other areas such as state aid law, the energy industry, corporate law, information technology, food law, M&A, the press and free speech, projects, plant construction, environmental and planning law, public contracting and the traffic sector.  

The law firm is said to have "demonstrated that it is addressing the future topic of digitalization" and is especially "strong in the interface with energy law" with regard to issues involving digitalization. At the same time, the JUVE editorial board praises the fact that GvW "is continuing to strengthen the focus on industries" and mentions as an example the new focus on aviation at the firm (more).
