Dr Thomas Schuster specialises in public data and information law, including e-government law, constitutional law and administrative law. He has particular and extensive experience in advising on the digitisation of public administration, on digital transformation processes in the public sector, on the communication and external presentation of the public sector in the digital age, as well as on all data protection and information law issues in this context. In addition, he has extensive expertise in constitutional law, in particular in fundamental communication and media rights as well as in the constitutional protection of data and secrecy.
