Is participation in (construction) meetings still required? How can delays due to cancellation of meetings be avoided?

Physical construction and planning meetings are a considerable difficulty under the contact ban regulations. If meetings must be held in person, a sufficient distance of at least 1.50 m, preferably 2.0 m, must be ensured. If this is not possible, participants can and must prohibit their employees from participating in the meeting out of concern. For physical meetings, you must therefore ensure that there is sufficient space. At the same time, you should try to reduce the number of people attending the meeting as much as possible.

Whenever possible, telephone or video conferences should be used. These will usually require more preparation on the part of the site management, but they are the only safe way to conduct construction and planning meetings.
