A team from GvW Graf von Westphalen at its Shanghai office has advised the Erwin Hymer Group, one of the leading manufacturers of recreational vehicles and caravans in Europe headquartered in Bad Waldsee, on the establishment of an equity joint venture company with the Chinese corporate group Lingyu. The focus of the joint venture is on production and distribution of campervans and motorhomes for the Chinese market which is rapidly growing in this segment.

The investment company Elvaston has acquired the HR software specialist Infoniqa. The sellers in this transaction are the financial investor Cornerstone Capital, Infoniqa Holding GmbH and the management. GvW Graf von Westphalen represented the sellers in this transaction.

The international Max Bögl Group exports its magnet levitation train technology - Transport System Bögl ("TSB") to China. The corporate group (Anm: das kennt kein Mensch somit lassen wir das besser weg) has agreed on a corresponding long-term distribution partnership with the Chinese company Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery Co. Ltd. (“Xinzhu”).

Investment funds advised by PREMIUM Equity Partners, Frankfurt am Main, have acquired a majority participation in the CLARUS Film Group located in Dietzenbach near Frankfurt. GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the two managing directors of CLARUS Films who will continue to hold shares in the business.

The Frankfurt office of GvW Graf von Westphalen continues to grow. On 1 July, the employment law attorney Dr. Philipp Wiesenecker joined the law firm as an equity partner. The 42 year old attorney comes from the labor law firm of KLIEMT in which he worked in the last three years as a partner in the Frankfurt office. Wiesenecker was previously the founding partner of the Frankfurt office of FGvW, which grew out of the local law firm Pilger.

Innoactive GmbH is receiving financing to expand its virtual and augmented reality technologies. Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners (UVC Partners) and Capnamic Ventures are participating with a total of € 4.4 million in the Munich startup.
