GvW has advised Elydan SAS on its acquisition of DW Verbundrohr GmbH

The French industrial group Elydan, which designs and manufactures a wide range of products for the building industry (pipes, ducts, polyethylene and polypropylene sheaths), has acquired the German company DW Verbundrohr GmbH (“DWVG”) and its French subsidiary Multitubo France which have been part of the Austrian Ke Kelit group so far. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

This expansion allows the company to strengthen its position in the plumbing, sanitary, heating and cooling market, while continuing its international development.  DWVG offers multilayer pipes and fittings under the Multitubo brand. It has a turnover of 23 million euros in 2021 and is present in Germany, Europe and internationally with distributors in over 40 countries.

This acquisition will allow Elydan to expand its product range and accelerate its development on the residential market in France and abroad (Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands). The company will also be able to exceed €200 million in turnover by 2022.
