GvW Graf von Westphalen advises NRW counties in the EU tender for police buildings

The county Mettmann and the county Ennepe-Ruhr have tendered the search for new police buildings throughout Europe.  GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the two counties on public contracting law.

The two county police authorities are each looking for an investor which can provide the appropriate buildings in Velbert and in Hattingen for the term of the lease.  Approximately 1,000 m² useable space (without vehicle parking spaces) in Velbert as well as approximately 1,000 m² useable space (without vehicle parking spaces) in Hattingen are required.  The deadline for submitting bids and participating for the two tenders ends on 15 March 2016.  Further details can be found in the corresponding published texts at simap.ted.europa.eu/de or at evergabe.nrw.de." target="_blank" title="Dr Bettina Meyer-Hofmann">Dr Bettina Meyer-Hofmann (Lead) and Nils-Alexander Weng (both GvW Düsseldorf) have been mandated to advise on the tender proceedings with an advance competition for participation for the realization and operation of the new police buildings.
