GvW Graf von Westphalen strengthens co-operation with leading UK law firm

GvW Graf von Westphalen and Mills & Reeve (UK) have decided to expand their co-operation. The managing partners of the two leading business law firms have recently signed an affiliation agreement strengthening their existing collaboration.

GvW and Mills & Reeve have been offering legal services as a one-stop shop for the past decade, in particular in the areas of M&A/ Cross-Border Transactions, Commercial Litigation/Arbitration. With the conclusion of the affiliation agreement, the two firms intend to enhance their cross-border business involving the UK and Germany and also provide for joint training sessions and regular secondments.

Mills & Reeve LLP, with more than 499 attorneys in Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London, Manchester and Norwich, is one of the Top 50 law firms in the UK. The firm was established in the year 1880.
