GvW has advised all shareholders of CORE SE on the sale of their shares to the German subsidiary of the US-American EPAM Systems, Inc.
CORE SE is a Berlin based technology think tank with further locations in the UAE (Dubai), the United Kingdom (London) and Switzerland (Zurich). The company is specialized in IT transformation projects and develops solutions with a focus on IT strategy und IT architecture.
With this acquisition, EPAM Systems, Inc. enhances its portfolio in the areas of IT architecture and IT transformation management in Western Europe. The IT service provider, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with its headquarters in Pennsylvania/USA and locations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, is one of the leading global IT consulting companies for digital platforms.
