Trendence Graduate Barometer: GvW Graf von Westphalen again top employer of medium-sized law firms

Which of the employers do you consider to be particularly attractive as potential employers? This is what Trendence asked young lawyers in its graduate barometer. The law firm GvW Graf von Westphalen again received the most votes from medium-sized law firms.

More than 3,100 respondents took part in the survey this year, more than ever before. 2.2% of these lawyers would be most likely to apply to GvW. This ranks the law firm - top-ranked among medium-sized law firms - in 27th place among all legal employers. Compared to the previous year, GvW was even able to improve its ranking by a further four places.

"We are proud and very pleased that the graduates regard us as an attractive employer," says Marian Niestedt, Partner responsible for Human Resources at the firm. "The best proof for it are also our many Referendarinnen and Referendare, which decided in the past year after their term with GvW as employers".

According to study author Robindro Ullah, the study shows a general trend among law firms towards medium-sized and smaller law firms. Among other things, communication influenced by cultural change is becoming increasingly important. You can find out more about this in the current issue of Juristische Schulung (JuS) or at www.jus.de.

GvW thus confirms its top position in the recently published REF50 Guide. Iurratio had honoured again the best employers for the Referendariat. The law firm was able to achieve second place among medium-sized law firms.
