GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the shareholders of SmartRep GmbH on the sale of the company to the Swedish KAMIC Group.

GvW has been named Law Firm of the Year for Real Estate and Construction Law at this year's JUVE Awards. Dr. Robert Theissen, partner at GvW in private construction law, accepted the prestigious trophy yesterday evening at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt on behalf of the 36-strong team.

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the shareholders of STAGIL GmbH on the sale of the company to TIMETOACT GROUP, a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, as well as former STAGIL managing director Björn Frauen on the investment in TIMETOACT GROUP.

The French industrial group Elydan, which designs and manufactures a wide range of products for the building industry (pipes, ducts, polyethylene and polypropylene sheaths), has acquired the German company DW Verbundrohr GmbH (“DWVG”) and its French subsidiary Multitubo France which have been part of the Austrian Ke Kelit group so far.…
