Jennifer Wortmann

Jennifer Wortmann advises companies on all matters relating to sales law and tort law. She represents companies both out of court and in court in all instances before German civil courts. In various special projects, she also handles a wide range of procedural issues in day-to-day casework, both from a legal and technical perspective. She was significantly involved in the conception and development of the infrastructure for the paperless organisation of the firm-wide large-scale project in the area of litigation and was part of a 20-person team specialising in litigation throughout Germany.
