We advise international investors in complex real estate joint ventures and real estate transactions normally in the two- and three-digits millions range in purchases, sales or sale-and-lease-back transactions involving large properties and property portfolios in all asset classes. Our advice extends to all situations and types of structures, especially also share deals, and all phases of the transaction – beginning with the letter of intent through due diligence, contract documentation, signing, the processing of the closing to post-closing follow-up.

We provide antitrust and tax advice during the transaction.
We also support our clients in real estate transactions in issues involving acquisition financing and refinancing of existing loans, including conducting the negotiations with banks and documentation of credit facility agreements.
The services in the field of corporate law and notarial activities in all phases of the transaction and the preparation and follow-up work go hand in hand. Many members in our real estate team have many years of experience in classic corporate law and M&A transactions.

After successful conclusion of a deal, our services also include long-term advice and all matters before the courts and out of court concerning lease agreements and relationships with neighbors, conducting negotiations with tenants and third parties as well as the end of lease agreements. We advise in this segment especially internationally active institutional investors, companies and high net-worth individuals. In the case of disputes, we take care of enforcing your claims in arbitration proceedings or in litigation before the regular courts.
