Sarah Werbus is working in the area of restructuring and reorganisation. She advises debtors in crisis and insolvency comprehensively on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law. She also represents creditors in asserting their interests in (preliminary) insolvency proceedings. A particular focus of her work lies on insolvency clawback law. She also advises managers regarding directors' and officers' liability law as well as D&O insurers on the monitoring of directors' and officers' liability cases.
