Christian Ertel advises private and institutional investors in all phases of the life cycle of a property; from acquisition to marketing and leasing to sale. One of his main areas of expertise is the support of real estate transactions. In addition, Christian Ertel represents clients in legal disputes and advises on corporate law issues related to real estate. Before joining the firm, he worked for a Hamburg-based real estate boutique and a medium-sized law firm in Corporate/M&A.
