Dr von Kummer already specialised in employment law during her studies and advises on the entire spectrum of employment law, in particular in individual disputes regarding the termination of employment relationships and in works constitution law. She also brings unconventional approaches to her legal advice, drawing on her psychological training. She has particular experience in the healthcare sector, including medical matters relevant to labour law. She also repeatedly assists companies in implementing the requirements for the authorisation of in-house lawyers.
