Josephine Stange

Josephine Stange specialises in advising on public commercial law as well as public procurement and state aid law. She specialises in the conception and implementation of Europe-wide and national procurement projects (construction, supply and services as well as concessions) together with the drafting of contracts and the conduct of negotiations, including representation in review proceedings.
