Léon Wolters

Léon Wolters advises his clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. Over the years, Mr Wolters has developed particular expertise in the reorganisation of corporate structures, including the adjustment of personnel. He assists his clients in negotiating voluntary programmes, reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans. A further focus is on assisting in disputes with trade unions, including the negotiation of company wage agreements. Mr Wolters' expertise also includes assisting employers in conciliation proceedings.
