Norbert Schleper specializes in public procurement, commercial administration and infrastructure law as well as project-specific contract law. His practice focuses on advising on infrastructure and digitalization projects in the public sector. Mr. Schleper's range of advice includes in particular the conception and implementation of procurement measures. He also represents clients' interests in public procurement review proceedings up to the European Court of Justice.
