Prof. Dr. Anne-Christin Mittwoch, Of Counsel at the law firm, specialises in issues of sustainable corporate law. She holds the Chair of Civil Law, European and International Economic Law and is Director of the Institute for Economic Law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. She is also the founder and director of the Research Institute for Sustainable Economic Law (RISE). In 2020, she habilitated at the Philipps University of Marburg with a thesis on sustainability and corporate law. Her research focuses on European and international economic law, corporate law sustainability research and the digitalisation of the economy.
