Katharina Lanio, LL.M.

Katharina Lanio is a member of the Real Estate Law Practice Group and advises on all areas of real estate law, commercial property law and commercial tenancy law. Her practice focuses in particular on transaction advisory services in property law (asset and share deals) and due diligence reviews. In addition, Katharina represents her clients in litigation and advises on ESG and sustainability issues relating to property. Her clients include institutional investors and companies from both Germany and abroad.
