Katharina Lanio is a member of the Real Estate Law Practice Group and advises on all areas of real estate law as well as commercial tenancy law. Her practice focuses in particular on real estate transactions (including forward deals and share deals) and leading due diligence reviews. In addition, Katharina represents her clients in litigation and advises on ESG and sustainability issues relating to real estate. Her clients include institutional investors and companies from both Germany and abroad.
