Digital parking: GvW advises on financing round for Parkdepot

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised Munich-based Parkdepot GmbH on a € 4.2 million seed financing round with Amsterdam-based venture capital investor henQ.

Parkdepot is a fast-growing startup from Munich specializing in digital solutions for the European parking market. Parkdepot's customers include parking space owners, real estate companies, restaurants and retailers in more than 150 cities in Germany.

henQ is an Amsterdam based venture capital firm that invests in European B2B software startups  - from pre-seed to series A financing rounds.

The GvW team comprises Titus Walek (lead), Jan Hüniken (both venture capital) and Karsten Kujath (employment law).
