GvW Graf von Westphalen advises Kapitalpartner in a construction project at the Campus Hamburg

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the project developer Kapitalpartner Konzept GmbH in the project planning related to the acquisition of real property.

The company will realize a student dormitory with eight full floors and a terraced floor in Hamburg under the project Campus Hamburg.

Campus Hamburg is the sixth real estate project in the segment of student residences.  141 fully furnished one-room apartments having an average size of 20m² will be constructed on the property. The cornerstone will most likely be laid in the fall 2016. The project is supposed to be completed in the winter semester 2017.

Kapitalpartner Konzept GmbH is an owner managed real estate company and issuing company established in 2008. The company has been involved since 2010 as an issuer and in the development of projects involving high-end and fully furnished student apartments.  Kapitalpartner Konzept GmbH is one of the pioneers in the asset class “student apartments” in Germany with the closed fund Campus Neu-Ulm.

GvW has advised Kapitalpartner Konzept for a long time in all phases of project development, i.e. from initiation and planning the project through the concept for the project company together with corresponding management, in the construction phase up to the sale.

GvW has advised Kapitalpartner Konzept GmbH with a team under the lead of Dr. Kurt Luka (real estate law), with Dr. Sigrid Wienhues and Dr. Andreas Wolowski (both development planning law) as well as Dr. Robert Theissen and Christian Esch (both in private construction law).
