Wilma Wohnen Süd sells a Stuttgart residential project to MEAG with the assistance of GvW Graf von Westphalen

Wilma Wohnen Süd has sold to MEAG a residential project prepared by Wilma Wohnen Süd with 55 rental apartments and total residential space of approximately 4,900 square meters and the corresponding underground garage in the district Stuttgart-Sommerrain.

A boarding house with approximately 77 studio apartments, which Wilma already sold to at the beginning of the year to a private operator and investor, is also being constructed in the Schmidener Straße on the site which has a total of 6,345 m², was used in part for commercial purposes and has been completely developed by Wilma and was formerly used in part for commercial purposes. Wilma is one of the leading project developers for residential properties in Germany. Confidentiality was agreed with regard to the purchase prices.

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised Wilma in these transactions with the Frankfurt team under the leadership of Thomas Schroiff (partner, real estate) as well as the involvement of the attorneys Shari Kind, Johannes Schuhmann (both real estate) and Lars-Olaf Leskovar (tax law).
