Elevion Group continues growth strategy and acquires mid-cap installation and building technology company En.plus

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the Elevion Group on the acquistion of En.plus GmbH. 

The Elevion Group is together with its 100% subsidiaries – D-I-E Elektro AG, EAB Elektroanlagenbau GmbH Rhein/Main, Rudolf Fritz GmbH, ETS Efficient Technical Solutions GmbH, Elektro Decker GmbH and En.plus GmbH – one of the market leaders for mechanical and electro-technical building technology in Germany. The service portfolio of the Group includes building and industrial automation, electrical engineering in the areas of minimal, low and medium voltage, safety engineering installations as well as heating, ventilation and cooling engineering and covers all areas of technical building services. Together with its subsidiaries, the Elevion Group has approx. 2,500 employees spread over 40 locations in Germany. In 2018, the Elevion Group had a turnover of approx. EUR 400m. The Elevion Group is part of the CEZ Group. The CEZ Group, with its main seat in the Czech Republic, is a holistic energy conglomerate with different entrepreneurial activities in Western, Central and Southern Europe. 

With the acquisition of En.plus GmbH, the Elevion Group continues its successful mid-cap growth strategy of the past years and expands the Group. Due to the technical know-how and  level of performance of En.plus GmbH, the Elevion Group is strategically expanding the field of mechanical building technology, in particular in the areas of ventilation and cooling technology. In addition, the acquisition of En.plus GmbH with locations in Magdeburg, Berlin, Potsdam, Cologne and Lübeck as well as Frankfurt am Main strengthens the business of the Elevion Group in North Rhine-Westphalia and also forms a strong connection between Berlin and Cologne.
