Hamburg-based Kern & Stelly Medientechnik GmbH is a well-renowned German distributor of audio-visual products and has contractual relationships, inter alia, with Canon, Epson, Hitachi, NEC, Promethean, Samsung and Sharp.
With the acquisition of the majority stake in Kern & Stelly Medientechnik GmbH, Midwich Ltd., which already has subsidiaries in France, Ireland and Australia, continues its strategic growth. It is now able to offer its customers a high level of support and services in the three largest European markets with the ability to reach into other markets.

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the transmission system operator 50Hertz on the award of a major contract for the North Sea Connector 2 offshore grid connection project. The project involves the planning, construction, installation and commissioning of a converter system comprising an offshore converter platform in the North Sea and an onshore converter station in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The North Sea Connector 2 project is intended to connect offshore wind farms in the North Sea to the German electricity grid in future.
