Start of the series of presentations "IT Projects negotiated properly under the law and taxes – managing disputes"

The series of presentation " T Projects negotiated properly under the law and taxes – managing disputes" begins today with the event in Frankfurt am Main.  Our attorneys will hold presentations at a total of eleven locations in which they will report about their many years of experience in litigation involving IT contracts.

Amadeus FiRe AG is the organizer of the series of presentations, which will also take place in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn and Mannheim.

This year's presentations involve especially effective strategies as well as tactics in the case of disputes.  Our attorneys will show the typical areas of tension in IT contracts, provide the equipment for preventative conflict management and demonstrate how processes can be optimized in order to quickly achieve practical solutions in an ongoing project when disputes arise.

Arnd Böken, Stephan Menzemer and Dr Daniel Michel, partners and members of the practice Group IP, IT and Media at the law firm, will give presentations to managing directors, IT managers and legal departments.  The negotiation and structuring of IT contracts, including disputes, is one of the main focuses of the GvW IT practice.  In addition to companies, our attorneys also advise associations and governmental bodies on their IT projects.
