GvW advises Hybrid Soft­ware Group on acqui­sition of Color­Logic

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised Hybrid Software Group PLC on its acquisition of ColorLogic GmbH.

Hybrid Software Group PLC (Euronext: HYSG) with its headquarters in Cambridge (United Kingdom) and worldwide subsidiaries is a leading developer of enterprise software for industrial print manufacturing. Customers include press manufacturers such as HP, Canon, Durst, Roland, Hymmen as well as packaging printers, trade shops, and converters worldwide.

ColorLogic GmbH based in Rheine (Germany) is an industry leader in extended gamut colour management. It has developed an extensive portfolio of colour profiling and conversion software, recently winning the 2021 Pinnacle Product Award from the PRINTING United. With the acquisition of the company, Hybrid Software Group will be able to enhance the offerings of its existing operating companies.

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised Hybrid Software Group (formerly Global Graphics) on several transactions over the past years and most recently on its sale of URW to the US Monotype Group (Link).
