Dr Nina Springer, LL.M. (Edinburgh)

As a specialist in labour law, Dr Nina Springer advises her national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective labour law. She focuses on providing support during restructuring and has many years of experience in negotiations with works councils, particularly in conciliation boards. Another focus of her work is advising her clients on corporate transformation processes under the German Transformation Act (UmwG) and the transformation of stock corporations into an SE. Dr Nina Springer also has particular expertise in occupational health and safety and all related labour law issues, especially those of a collective-law nature.
