Transport and Logistics Law

We advise mainly industrial and commercial clients on tenders for logistics contracts and on the drafting of contracts, whether in the form of individual agreements, framework agreements or general terms and conditions for the provision of logistics services.

We see our work as legal risk management: together with clients’ experts, we identify the risks inherent in their supply chains and seek to reduce them for the benefit of our clients, mainly by way of contractual provisions but also in combination with special forms of documentation, special insurance solutions, etc.

Advice on warehousing and transport matters

In the transport area, we draft contractual provisions for air, marine, rail, road and multimodal transport operations, both on a national and international scale. This concerns both the procurement and the distribution side where we have special expertise to offer in remuneration systems and service level agreements. In the area of warehousing contracts, we advise on tenders and, apart from that, mainly on outsourcing projects and third-party contracting, specifically on the establishment and operation of large warehouses and distribution centres, including operative Internet commerce.

We represent clients in damage or loss cases in the context of logistics operations, whether in arbitration or ordinary courts, but also in dealing with the insurers involved.
