Gudrun Hausner

Gudrun Hausner heads the TMC/IP practice group. Her area of expertise covers data protection and IT law with a clear focus on e-commerce and marketplaces. She designs legally compliant platform and shop models and provides support on DSA compliance and consumer law issues such as dark patterns and greenwashing. Gudrun Hausner advises on data protection compliance, international data transfers and interfaces with the Data Act. She also drafts and negotiates IT contracts and represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.
