Dr Johanna Röper is a lawyer specializing in product liability and product safety law. She advises manufacturing companies on all aspects of liability law, with a particular focus on (inter)national sales law, tort law, product liability and product safety legislation, as well as regulatory approval matters. Johanna Röper’s expertise includes regulatory and product compliance advice (including in the context of internal investigations), contract drafting, strategic liability prevention, and representing clients in liability litigation. In addition to her legal practice, she serves as a lecturer at the Technical Academy of Esslingen (TAE) and regularly gives presentations on product liability and product safety law.
