Tobias Müller

Tobias Müller advises companies on all aspects of distribution law as well as insurance law. A key focus of his practice is drafting and reviewing distribution agreements and representing clients in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement or defense of claims arising from these contractual relationships. In the field of insurance law, he assists clients particularly with coverage issues and the handling of claims. During his legal traineeship, Tobias Müller specialized in distribution law and gained practical experience with one of the leading german automobile manufacturers as well as with a major German commercial law firm.
