德国丰伟律师事务所在上海迎来新的里程碑：从2014年1月1日起，李黎律师晋升为丰伟第一位中国本地合伙人。德国丰伟是中国境内为数不多的为中国律师提供晋升合伙人机会的国际律师事务所。
李黎律师于2009年上海代表处成立时加入丰伟，为上海代表处的成长和发展立下汗马功劳。在中国和美国纽约获得律师资格后，李黎律师在近十年中为德国和欧洲客户提供有关中国投资法、公司法和商法，以及中国境内企业收购等咨询服务。同时，她也代表中国企业处理在德投资事宜。

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the transmission system operator 50Hertz on the award of a major contract for the North Sea Connector 2 offshore grid connection project. The project involves the planning, construction, installation and commissioning of a converter system comprising an offshore converter platform in the North Sea and an onshore converter station in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The North Sea Connector 2 project is intended to connect offshore wind farms in the North Sea to the German electricity grid in future.
