Fielmann strengthens its capabilities in smart glasses: With legal support from GvW Graf von Westphalen, the company acquires a 10%- stake in Deep Optics as lead investor in a Series C financing round.
Deep Optics is one of the leading deep-tech companies in the electro-optics space. The company, based in Petah Tikva, Israel, has developed a proprietary technology that uses pixelated liquid crystal lenses to adjust the focal distance of glasses to any distance. The new financing round will enable Deep Optics to further develop its disruptive optical lens technology and applications in the field of smart glasses.

By investing in Deep Optics, Fielmann Group is particularly expanding its product portfolio in the field of smart glasses and strengthening its technological capabilities for future applications.
