Franziska Weinzierl advises national and international investors on all aspects of real estate law with a focus on hospitality. Her advisory services include ongoing legal asset management, particularly in commercial tenancy law. She also regularly advises on real estate transactions and has extensive experience in asset and share deals (in existing portfolios, as forward deals, as sale-and-lease-backs, and as (international) portfolio transactions). Since the early years of her professional career, she has focused on the hospitality sector and has particular expertise in advising on hotel transactions and hotel legal asset management, including franchise law issues. In the area of nursing and care real estate, she has advised on numerous project developments on the operator side.
