Lisa Maria Weyer advises on all stages of real estate transactions, from structuring the deal through to completion. She has significant experience advising on long-term leasehold rights (heritable building rights), an area of law in which complex competing interests and long contract terms demand highly specialised expertise. Lisa Maria Weyer also works in the law firm's notarial department in the fields of real estate and corporate law. This dual perspective – advising the law firm’s clients but at the same time supporting the notary – enables her to provide holistic advice on contracts.
