The firm specializes in economic and econometric consulting in matters relating to competition law, regulation, and broader business law issues. Its services include advising clients on merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, damages quantification, state aid matters, as well as arbitration and court proceedings.

The company employs more than 6,500 professionals worldwide and supports corporations, financial investors, and public institutions, particularly in the areas of valuation, transactions, governance, and risk management.
