GvW Graf von Westphalen has been named "Law Firm of the Year for Public Procurement Law 2025" by JUVE. The jury praised the firm for "demonstrating how technical innovation and strategic thinking can set new standards in public procurement law".

GvW advised local public transport provider Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH (NASA), the Thuringia State Office of Construction and Transportation (TLBV) and other transport authorities on the insolvency of train operator Abellio Rail Mitteldeutschland GmbH (ABRM).
