On 1 June 2012, Dr. Ritesh Rajani, LL.M. joined the Hamburg office of Graf von Westphalen as a new partner. He is part of the firm’s corporate department and shall enhance in particular the M&A practice of corporate partner Dr. Dominik Ziegenhahn. Prior to joining GvW, Dr. Rajani worked at Latham & Watkins (Hamburg) for six years.
