AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) with registered offices in Wood Dale, Illinois has completed the acquisition of Telair International GmbH and Nordisk Aviation Products, AS from Teleflex International (NYSE: TFX) on December 2, 2011. The transaction value amounted to about USD 280 million.
