Ronnia Zheng, LL.M. (郑蓉), a legal counsel of the Hamburg office of GvW Graf von Westphalen, is appointed as a Vice President of Asian European Arbitration Association e.V. (ASEAA) as of April 16, 2024.

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the shareholders of LucaNet AG, an international financial consolidation and planning software provider, on the PRC-law related aspects of the establishment of a strategic partnership with investor Hg.

Ronnia Zheng, who works for GvW Graf von Westphalen at its Shanghai office, is among the first “local representatives” of the Chinese European Arbitration Center (CEAC): the arbitration organisation has now appointed her as one of the Local Representatives for China.
