Ansgar Hain

Ansgar Hain primarily advises creditors in the run-up to the insolvency of the business partner and in the enforcement of their rights in preliminary insolvency proceedings and after the opening of insolvency proceedings. He draws on his many years of experience as head of the litigation department at GvW Insolvenzverwaltung und Sanierung when defending against claims for avoidance of insolvency or other recovery claims against the insolvency administrator. Ansgar Hain also regularly represents creditors in (provisional) creditors' committees. He also advises companies in various sectors in restructuring situations, in particular in reorganisation proceedings in accordance with StaRUG as well as in self-administration and protective shield proceedings.
